Busking on the Streets of Northern Ireland at Banbridge Buskfest, at the town's annual event held on Main Street and some smaller streets off the town centre.  It is run by the ABC (short for Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon) council. I have divided into the year.


Busking on the Streets

What is Banbridge BuskFest? It is a busking festival in Banbridge, County Down on the street in the centre of the town. The event is an outdoor daytime busking competition followed by prize-giving in the town centre.  The compere and judge is Ralph McLean, who's a famous BBC presenter for Radio Ulster.


BANBRIDGE BUSKFEST 2022

I decided on a mono black and white theme.  I can't remember where I parked, but I made my way up Main Street up the hill to the bridge in the centre of Banbridge, as there were plenty of buskers.  I stopped off at a pub for some light refreshment before walking up the top of the town past Downshire Arms and back down.  As you can see buskers are of all ages.  Some are solo on their own, and some are with a group.  Most are solo, though.
